Lanfranco "Frankie" Dettori MBE (born December 15, 1970 in Milan) is a thoroughbred race horse jockey and celebrity. He is the son of Sardinian jockey Gianfranco Dettori, who was a prolific winner in Italy.
Probably the most recognised man on a horse anywhere in the world since Clint Eastwood & John Wayne.
Frankie can be considered the world's perfect jockey. One example of his talent was his 3 wins from 6 races on the 2003 World Cup card.
